In 1975 I learned the Transcendental Meditation technique. Through it I found a new peace and well-being, and a new understanding of the unity of all humankind. I still practice everyday.

Now for a comparatively small investment I have a personal development technique that I have used everyday for 26 years. The results and benefits continue this day.
